I'm new to Kickstarter, how does this all work?
We have made this campaign very easy! At the top of the Kickstarter page, click “Back this Project”. From there, you will select your desired pledge level, and continue the checkout process. After the campaign ends, you will receive an email to a Pledge Manager where you will verify your address and pay any shipping charges. You will receive various updates from us regarding shipping/wait time and we will have the game out to you as soon as possible!

Will What's on the Menu be translated into different languages?
Currently WOTM is only offered in English. We are going to be exploring localization partners very soon. We would like to get the game translated into as many languages as possible, but we will need the support of partners in those markets to do so! If you are interested in having WOTM in another language, the best thing to do is back it from the location of the language you’re interested in so we have the stats on who is backing!

What is a pledge manager?
A Pledge Manager is a platform through which we process your pledge post-project. About 2 weeks after the project closes, we will send you a link to our Pledge Manager on Backerkit. Through the Pledge Manager, you’ll be able to add your shipping information, and pay any required shipping fees and taxes. We’ll use that information to prepare for shipping the game to you.

Can I pledge for multiple copies of the game?
Yes! There is an option to purchase two copies of the game right off of our campaign page. You can also add more copies once you receive the pledge manager link.

Where are you shipping, and how much will it cost?
Please refer to the Timetable and Shipping section for estimated shipping costs. Actual shipping charges will be collected through the Pledge Manager which will be sent after the campaign closes.
Due to global conditions, we may not be able to take orders from regions that we deem undeliverable. At this current time, we do not anticipate being able to ship to: -Russia -Ukraine -Belarus

Can you play this game with Kids?
Absolutely! WOTM was designed with kids and families in mind. The game is listed as 12+ due to a few cards containing alcohol. We wanted to ensure the parents are having a good time too :)

Are there any expansions in the works?
Yes! We are putting our full focus into ensuring this game gets off the ground, however many new Menu and Action cards are in the works for an expansion pack.

Does the game have a solo play?
No. The game is currently made for 2-6 players. However there are several different game modes that can be played to make the game easier for kids or harder for adults.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
